Visiting dealer on a regular basis to monitor the repair quality, safety standards and workshop requirements.
Assisting Technical Support team to gain specific information and making decisions by monitoring / coaching the repair process on site at the dealership.
Assisting Aftersales Area Management team to audit the Service Retail Standards.
Coaching technicians at the dealer regarding repair processes and methodologies.
Conducting warranty audits at the dealership and reporting to Area Manager and Warranty department.
Ensuring the highest efficiency standard of service center partners by providing technical advice ti the technical team.
Evaluating service center partners in order to improve their service.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in automotive technologies.
Possessing strong analytical thinking, being innovative and having the ability to prioritize issues for problem resolution.
Very good skills and knowledge in automotive technical practices.
Good command of written and spoken English.
