Building, developing and enhancing the company brand throughout the region, using multiple channels is essential as well as being the figurehead for the office in terms of leadership, mentoring and motivation.
To be successful in this role, you will have a track record of hands on personal sales capability, both direct and through partners/distributors. You will also have experience in launching new products/concepts in the Aquaculture segment. Develop and maintain partnerships with key customers based on a responsive technical service. Develop and implement marketing programs and tools to support sales in the aqua feed segment.
