Job Description

  • Coordinate with CRM team for analyze call center's customer data
  • Manage team to provide data and develop analytical reports for business decision
  • Analyze the trend of customers' call to facilitate business purposes
  • Support data, report distribution, and follow up from other related party
  • Perform call center's staff performance measurement base on their KPIs and world class standard

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in MIS, Statistic or related filed
  • Have at least 5 years experience in MIS
  • Strong analytical skill and fast learning
  • Computer fluency in MS Office programs
  • Good command of English
