Job Description

  • Resposible for all recruitment activities for ASEAN Region, from job description preparation in close , job posting arrangement, candidates sourcing, interview and assessment, job offer and onboarding
  • Forecast and follow up the manapower need  for the region
  • Help to review recruitment vendor list and other service providers
  • Maintain candidates database
  • Generate weekly recruitment reports
  • Support recruitment needs and projects of countries as needed
  • Maintain, revise, create recruitment policies and procedures

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorís degree and at least 3 years of experience in the Recruitment field, some of which in the service industry and/or manufacturing;
  • Rigorous and proactive; flexible approach; strong ability to multi-task;
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation; ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel;
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
