Be responsible for all activities of Employment Service: work with clients and build relationships with Director and HR Manager in order to get order and better understand their recruitment requirements.
Supply HR consultancy to new French companies and also any necessary support.
Assist enterprises members in their recruitment process: Executive search & Selection Candidate’s Resume (employee & trainee).
Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels and career opportunities.
Coordinate with Universities in career opportunity for students (workshop, International Job fair), etc
In charge of organise job fairs
Prepare communication tools to promote CCIFV HR services such as the HR newsletter
Prepare and promote the CCIFV training program
Manage the recruitment team in Hanoi & HCMC
Bachelor degree in a relevant field
Languages: Vietnamese, English, French
At least 5 years experiences in HR services, having experiences in headhunting agency is preferred
Very good communication skills/social skills
Experience in managing clients, result and client-oriented, pro-active working attitude
Good skills in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PPT)
Must be self-motivated and work independently
