Manage the company annual business and financial planning process which including coordinate with related departments i.e. distribution department, operation and finance and actuarial to come up with financial projection and forecast and annual business plan.
Organize a strategy review session and ensure that each department strategic plans are aligned to the overall companyís strategic direction.
Prepare a regular business performance review & analysis, KPIs monitoring and monthly management reports to management team and regional office.
Monitor and report the strategic initiatives progress, identify and communicate business and operational issues and suggest potential solution to the issues.
Provide executive management the up to date research on industry and business trend, including competitor analysis.
Assist in ad hoc or special projects on as needed basis.
Manage, train and develop direct reporting staff.
Bachelorís degree required, preferably in Business, Accounting and Finance or related field.
Strong analytical skills and expertise in terms of handling data and deriving strategic insights.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Good interpersonal skills; to be able to work with people at all level and across the organization as well as with external alliance partners.
Self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook.
3-5 years experience in strategic planning, business development, project management or related fields.
Experience in Life insurance industry only
