Collaborating with the marketing, editorial, community management, and other departments of large/strategic BBM Channels partners (e.g. Fortune 500) (to understand their objectives, recommend best practices, and develop/execute effective marketing and community engagement strategies on BBM Channels.
Educating, consulting and demonstrating to partners and internal stakeholders how to use BBM Channels engagement and subscriber acquisition products, and developing and communicating best practices, Executing, optimizing, and analyzing subscriber acquisition programs using internal tools and dashboards.
Resolving partner issues/inquiries in a timely and productive manner, and identifying and implementing process improvements.
Providing feedback to product and tools teams to help scale and improve the BBM Channels Platform.
Contributing as a key member of the cross-functional BBM team and partnering with Business Development, Program Management, Product, Legal, Marketing and other internal organizations across BlackBerry on a regular basis.
7 + years of deep domain expertise and relevant work experience in social, digital and mobile media marketing and sales.
Proven track record translating marketing objectives into results for advertisers.
Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships.
Ability to manage large customer/partner relationships and manage through conflict, driving groups to mutually beneficial outcomes.
Demonstrated experience effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues.
Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision.
Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
