Ensures that the company’s mission statement, vision, values, policies and standard operating procedures are implemented.
Ensures all set targets and TK standard are met.
Monitors and implements cost control measures.
Ensures that all store personnel in his/her shift are well-informed, adequately trained and continuously monitored in their respective position.
Ensures completeness and availability of necessary manpower, stocks, supplies, equipment, facilities needed by the store to run smoothly and efficiently.
Ensures all maintenance schedules are monitored and followed.
Acts as back-up support for any position in case of manpower shortage.
Regularly monitors and evaluates the job performance of each personnel assigned in his/her shift.
Recommends, prepares and implements “Local Store Marketing” activities to increase sales.
Handles escalated concerns, requests and inquiries.
Regularly and immediately coordinates and reports to his/her immediate superior regarding the status and operational concerns of his/her shift.
Prepares, submits analyzes and files complete and accurate reports needed by management.
