Job Description

Our Client is seeking a Senior Digital Manager to join their team to lead the development and execution of key digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through various digital platforms. This position partners closely with product marketing teams to develop compelling user experiences, marketing, and promotion activities to drive digital audience growth.
  • Planning Development
    • Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies and goals for the brand and across our complete product portfolio
    • Coordinate with key partners and other functional areas (e.g., marketing, operations, business development) and franchise counterparts to set consistent overall digital strategy based on customer needs and business goals that ensure measurable success and innovative user experience
    • Responsible for defining how all online channels and digital platforms (social, search, display, mobile, email, website content and others) will be managed and their impact on the brand
    • Gather relevant data (business and consumer), market conditions, and competitor data to identify opportunity/ gap
    • Lead and develop consumer research to identify consumer needs/ insight and products to fill pipelines as per Menu Vision
    • Review pricing twice a year
  • Advertising Development
    • Manage key agency partners and marketing colleagues to execute integrated marketing programs that drive consumer usage, generate client engagement, and drive both sales and build awareness consist with action plan, schedules and budget
    • Develop campaign and project briefs to clearly articulate business requirements and goals that ensure measurable success and innovative user experience
    • Work with Media Agency to develop plans that exploits the paid, earned, owned media channels and partnerships, with a focus on quality at minimal cost to deliver highly engaging and successful campaign strategies; coordinate with them for timely tracking, adjustment, evaluation and continual optimization
    • Build and develop strong, trusting relationships between clients and agency partners, providing leadership and support during strategy, ideation, and execution.
    • Incorporate digital metrics analysis and analytics into strategic frameworks in a way that aligns with business goals and deliver measurable results
  • Promotion Calendar
    • Develop execution plans to launch/ promote new products under Platform, to deliver market leading sales
    • Coordinate with cross functions to deliver excellent execution. Specifically work with Ops to ensure timely and effective post-launch meetings and identify appropriate actions
    • Lead multi-function team to develop accurate forecast, and update every week after launch
    • Track and analyze promotion and sales results.
    • Prepare and share campaigns learning 
  • Analytics & Testing
    • Develop key performance indicators and operating goals and metrics to evaluate the success of all projects for ongoing optimization (test, measure, learn)
    • Track and analyze consumer feedback and menu mix after each promotion to understand the trends
    • Analyze acquisition strategies and on-site customer experience through a mix of clickstream and qualitative methodologies to report on KPIs and program results; improve the usability, content and conversion of the company website
  • General/Project Management
    • Develop and execute individual development plans
    • Manage and deploy internal resources and direct reports to deliver outcomes
    • Develop and recommend administrative, operational, process, and policy improvements to ensure achievement of objectives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Business, I.T., computer science or any related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years internet experience, preferably with large consumer brand developing campaigns or comparable experience with a leading digital agency. Background in retail marketing, loyalty programs, and CRM a plus.
  • A passion to discovering and implementing innovative digital marketing programs (depth & breadth); knowledge of the latest internet/digital trends, technology, and media innovations
  • Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making
  • Strong business acumen, communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading cross-divisional team meetings with conflicting business requirements and goals to achieve business objectives
  • Ability to think and act creatively, strategically, and tactically
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying priority with parallel and converging timelines
  • An enthusiastic leader and mentor ready to accept and tackle demanding goals with enthusiasm; can do attitude with a bias to action
  • Experience working within a matrix organization and comfortable in a culturally diverse and multinational company
  • Good command of spoken and written English
