Develop creative and compelling digital marketing and sales campaigns, in collaboration with brand managers and sales teams. When necessary, supervise designers and developers in terms of technology and design decisions.
Drive e-commerce platform generating revenue through better Representative retention, cross-sales and upsell campaigns.
Strengthen the utilization of the social media to further accelerate growth, generate additional revenue streams and improve communication with the internal and external customers
Identify and adopt new and innovative digital technologies that can be used to advance messaging to the internal and external customers.
Manage complex projects on order to develop digital tools and assets.

Track record of successes in development and execution of digital strategy
Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or equivalent with minimum 10 years of working experience in which at least 5 years in digital marketing and sales, ideally in consumer products or related field.
Experience working in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder, evolving organization
Passionate about digital business, demonstrated experience in project management, ability to coordinate multiple workstreams of larger projects with various stakeholders
Ability to lead by influence, build and maintain relationships internally and with key clients/customer groups
