Developing new region for expansion of Oldtown White Coffee
Location Feasibility Study for outlet expansion – study of the flow of traffic for the area, calculation of Return of Investment and Break even Sales. Looking at all potential location proposal either by Agents, Landlords, Mall Operators, Licensee and JV’s location proposals.
Rental Negotiation – To study the market rental price for the proposed area and to negotiate the best possible rate.
Tenancy Renewal – Same function as rental negotiation but to based on the past performances of the outlet for new rental terms.
Franchise Development System – to look into the licensing system and other terms and conditions that will need constant monitoring.
Meeting up with potential Licensees to explain to them the requirements and to expectation of OTWC.
Other Business Development Related Issues – Currently working with various Strategic Partners on Tie-In Projects and also various ways to improve Customer Dining Experiences at OTWC outlets. To also negotiate and evaluate the proposal best suited to OTWC requirements.
Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
Monitor & review the retail promotion in all aspects
Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability and shareholder returns
Develop, review, and report on the business development division’s strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Male/Female, maximum 45 years old
D3/S1/S2 Degree in Marketing, Management, Hospitality
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in operation, franchise and or system procedures, with good understanding in franchise industries, Food and Beverage and it's operation process.
Hands on and can develop solid System Operating Procedure, "can do" attitude with minimum supervision.
