Ensuring local business and stakeholder needs and local market conditions and dynamics are incorporated in the development of the PROCUREMENT l strategy.
Developing and implementing the local sourcing strategies in conjunction with the regional and local business owners, the key business stakeholders in order to ensure alignment of sourcing and business strategies
Contributing to the development of regional strategy with other regional sourcing personnel.
Ensuring inclusion of local and regional requirements in the strategies development and implementation
Implementing regional and local strategies in country
Contracting with suppliers at both a local and regional level.
Developing contracts with suppliers that provide best value for FUJITSU
Identifying supplier base reduction/optimization plans as a part of the sourcing strategy
Identifying opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership
Developing and implementing tracking tools and benefits auditing methodologies for the country in agreement with the country CFO & business stakeholders
Sourcing and purchasing processes and tools
Supply market understanding including specific knowledge of the ICT industry such as IT hardware, software, 3rd party products and services, corporate services and its cost drivers and cost models.
People management, value based leadership
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration (Sourcing specialization would be a plus)
Minimum 5 year experience in sourcing of ICT products and services.
