Job Description

Our client is an established hotel organization in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:
  • Take lead in ideating and executing campaigns, content and brand related activities that are social media specific or in support of global marketing initiatives
  • Manage day-to-day community management activities
  • Craft and manage all published content (including images, video and written blogs)
  • Strategize and implement social media marketing strategies to drive conversion on brand website.
  • Monitor, listen, analyse and reports social media trends/ competitors activities through social media tools
  • Demonstrate ability to map out social media strategy to support brand related projects
  • Identify opportunities in user generated content for brand building
  • Identify key bloggers and develop mutually beneficial working relationships with them
  • Proactively seek opportunities to propagate the brand in digital and social spaces
  • Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns
  • Measure and analyse results on weekly basis. Compile monthly ROI report (including growth of likes, reach, engagement and conversion

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrates creativity with solid content creation background.
  • Proficient in content marketing strategies and application. Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
  • With good sense of humour, easy going personality, ability to multi task and work under tight turnaround times
  • Proactive and resourceful
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective audiences (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest, and Line etc.) and how each platform can be deployed to meet business needs
  • Demonstrates excellent English writing and language skills
  • Team player
  • Knowledge in SEO and blogging including keyword research
  • Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques. Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and recommend solutions
