Job Description

  • Working in shift changing between Assistant and Service Station Manager in good cooperative manners.
  • Handling day-to-day staff management, store/stock//merchandises management in order to keep the services operation running smoothly.
  • Handle in execution of day-to-day operational services including leading staff and problems solving.
  • Ensure the whole station premises are in secure, safety and well-clean at all the time.
  • Controlling and ensuring the day collected cash in secure and correctly counted by subordinators.
  • Daily summary sale report, monthly report and stock count.
  • Prepare monthly summary OT and payroll for service station staffs.
  • Handling the whole operational activities within Caltex Services Station in order to provide high quality services to customers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration / Marketing
  • Good command of English both writing and listening.
  • Good Computer Skills (MS Excel and MS Word).
  • Strong initiative and problem solving skills.
  • Be able to work shift time (flexible hours).
  • Good leadership/interpersonal skills.
