Working in shift changing between Assistant and Service Station Manager in good cooperative manners.
Handling day-to-day staff management, store/stock//merchandises management in order to keep the services operation running smoothly.
Handle in execution of day-to-day operational services including leading staff and problems solving.
Ensure the whole station premises are in secure, safety and well-clean at all the time.
Controlling and ensuring the day collected cash in secure and correctly counted by subordinators.
Daily summary sale report, monthly report and stock count.
Prepare monthly summary OT and payroll for service station staffs.
Handling the whole operational activities within Caltex Services Station in order to provide high quality services to customers
Bachelor Degree of Business Administration / Marketing
Good command of English both writing and listening.
Good Computer Skills (MS Excel and MS Word).
Strong initiative and problem solving skills.
Be able to work shift time (flexible hours).
Good leadership/interpersonal skills.
