Job Description

  • To secure new Service & Maintenance (S & M) Contracts.
  • To secure major repair work from non-contractual customers.
  • To communicate, coordinate where necessary in ensuring the secured jobs are handed over to Service Operations smoothly.
  • To train and guide the subordinates to be able to work independently and capable to succeed the position eventually.
  • To identify and develop the parts distribution network for the company.
  • To actively promote parts business and ensure target set is met.
  • To establish the divisionís Key Result Area (KRA).
  • To achieve the KRA has been set.
  • To identify and develop new/potential customers.
  • To develop and enhance service package able to offer to the marketplace.
  • To handle service & maintenance enquiry from new customer and prepare quotations.
  • To develop new corporate client and national account customers.
  • To monitor and update chillers maintenance base.
  • To ensure establishment of credit facilities for new customer (if necessary) and collection.
  • To develop and establish competitive pricing structure, discount structure to customers group and update whenever necessary.
  • Responsible for parts enquiries, parts quotations, coordination on parts delivery, sales   transactions and collection.
  • Responsible for ensuring credit lines for customer is established before any sales transactions.
  • To expand parts business by identifying new opportunities and product lines.
  • To ensure the accuracy of parts costing and develop pricing system to ensure standard margins for each product group are achieved.
  • To ensure updated parts costing and pricing are maintained in the ERP system.
  • To conduct the parts business in accordance to Companyís Policy.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5- 8 years working experience
  • Comprehensive understanding on company's product.
  • Comprehensive understanding on HVAC/R system.
  • Good knowledge on company's service packages.
