Job Description

  • Oversee and manage operational team for the company services
  • Ensure seamless service quality and follow up SLA for the services
  • Communication point for key customers to maintain good customer relationship
  • Manage customer expectations and requirements for the system features
  • Design and implement new product enchantments and maintain product roadmap
  • Co-operate with project management to execute product related changes
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for the system related changes before production updates
  • Communicate closely with internal teams about possible problems and resolutions for service related issues

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorís degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Good leadership skills and highly customer service minded
  • Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments
  • 3-5 years of working experience for IT or banking related industry
  • Must be able to communicate in English
