Job Description


  •  Corporate Sales focused, over-achieving revenue targets through aggressive selling of serviced offices for leasing, virtual offices, meeting rooms, membership cards and video conferencing.

  •  Proactively generate leads & manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation to closing deals.

  • Overall responsibility for the sales, operations and P&L of the business centre.

  • Leads the centre team in delivering ‘’wow’’ customer service.

Job Requirements


  •  Have Brunei working experience and market knowledge.

  • Degree qualified with a minimum of 8-12 years experience in a similar role

  •  Proven sales success through direct sales in a fast paced B2B sales environment

  • Outstanding commercial acumen with excellent customer service attitude

  • Professional communication skills with the ability to network at senior levels & build strong business relationships

  • Good command of spoken & written English & local language

  • Experience in commercial real estate / hospitality / MNC services industry will be a definite advantage
