  • Lead a team of recruiters

  • Provide recruitment support, strategies and programs
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment
  • Partner closely with the business leaders to understand talent needs and extend proactive recruitment support for their current and future needs
  • Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract the best talent in the region

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree qualifications 
  • At least 14 years of hands-on operational and strategic experience across various facets of HR, including recruitment
  • Passionate about recruitment
  • Able to drive proactive and innovative recruitment strategies
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Minimal business travel is required
