Job Description

  • Manage the project distributors to cover all project pipelines;
  • Key Account Management;
  • Specify company products in the projects and convert specification to order confirmation via tendering and price negotiation;
  • Develop close customer relationship with key accounts including developers, architect and designer;
  • Regularly update the sales activities via required reports.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent in English and Mandarin;
  • At least 5 years project sales experience in building material supply field;
  • Excellent customer relationships with key property developers, architect, and designer;
  • Experience to manage project distributors; have selling experience for luxury products;
  • Working experience in multi-national company is preferable;
  • Sanitary ware industry is preferred.
