Independently develop, lead, manage, and deliver programs for business function/HR with high quality delivery and within deadlines for various programs
Conducts organization and needs assessments and provides feedback to functions/management regarding organization development program
Design, prepare and facilitate scalable programs in alignment with HR direction & strategy
Conduct Stakeholder Review Meetings to create understanding on program proposals and timelines
Works with business function, HR leaders, team members, and others to determine the kind of data to collect and analyze data to recommend improvements, changes, and programs to implement
Work with external vendors and internal clients to modify or enhance current HR systems and tools (e.g., multi- media, survey translations, reporting templates)
Provide internal communications requirements & content to promote programs and achievements
Periodically reviews and continuously improve programs to ensure its continued applicability and effectiveness
Provide consultative support to HRRM/business/HR functions on issues related to performance management, human capital planning, talent & successor, competencies, career development, manpower justification, organization effectiveness measurement, and OD programs.
May lead, participate in, and/or support cross-functional projects as necessary to meet department objectives. May also supervise the day-to-day work duties of others as assigned.
Master's degree in organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology, business, or related field.
5+ years of direct organizational development experience including the ability to meet the desired competencies for the position.
