Provide consultative support to HRRM/business/HR functions on issues related to performance management, human capital planning, talent & successor, competencies, career development, manpower justification, organization effectiveness measurement, and OD programs.
May lead, participate in, and/or support cross-functional projects as necessary to meet department objectives. May also supervise the day-to-day work duties of others as assigned.
Master's degree in organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology, business, or related field.
5+ years of direct organizational development experience including the ability to meet the desired competencies for the position.
