Achieve financial target according to budget / plan;
Develop strategic plan, devise marketing calendar based on the budget and resource given;
Ensure smooth implementation and execution of marketing program;
Develop merchant alliance engage merchant offers and joint promotions to drive retail sales growth;
Ensure good customer experience, and resolve customer complaints arising from marketing programs in a timely manner. Devise corrective actions to avoid repeated incidence;
Ensure Operational risks are anticipated and well managed service issues related to selling, logistics and forecast;
Ensure stringent cost control and effective use of marketing budget;
Adhere to all relevant compliance and audit requirements from internal & external regulatory bodies;
Maintain brand consistency, ensure professional and high quality marketing materials are delivered;
Work closely with internal parties, including operation and channels to monitor the end-to-end process and improve customer satisfaction during campaign implementation;
Be positive and proactive, support cross-functional initiatives and projects to achieve synergy for the bank as a whole.
University graduate with relevant experience gained from credit card product & marketing function in sizable consumer banks;
Excellent relationship & network with credit card merchant partners;
Good people management skills, with excellent capability to manage internal / external stakeholders;
Self-driven, result-orientation with proven track record in the banking, credit card industry;
Positive, proactive and demonstrate passion to grow with the bank.
