Develop and implement sales strategies/plans to exploit business opportunities aligned to the marketing strategies and plans of the Sales Office
Direct and coach the sales staff in systematic collection, collation and analysis of market intelligence and progress of sales plans implementation, and channel this information via regular reports to the top management (Salesforce.com); needs to work with the business unit to formulate appropriate counter strategies and sales plans.
Set and achieve planned quantitative (sales, cost, results from sales, etc.) and qualitative targets for the sales office.
Manage all administrative, legal, logistics and facilities issues related to effective running of the Sales Offices, in liaison with the local Finance & Administration departments.

Min Degree in any discipline
Min 6-8 years of sales management experience in an industrial MNC
Experience in polymer solutions is a must
Good communication and interpersonal skills
