Leads and manages all quality related themes in development, commercialization and production.
Works with Global Quality team and LO (Liaison Office) Management to establish a quality evaluation system.
In collaboration with Global Quality, audits & rates T1 Quality Integration Program (QIP) set up and implementation status.
Guides implementation of QIP systems at new T1 facilities.
Conducts random finished goods inspection at T1 factories and consolidation warehouses.
In collaboration with Operation Managers, certifies T1 QIP final inspectors.
Manages implementation of 3rd party finished goods inspections at T1 warehouses.
Trains LO, T1 & T2 (Tier two) and manages training related to QIP.
Establishes and implements QIP, QATs (Quality Assurance for Technology) and QA (Quality Assurance) plans in development & commercialization phase in collaboration with LO Management.
Manages and supports quality related projects/initiatives at T2 suppliers
Athletic Footwear experience of advantage
IT-skills (e-mail, MS Office)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelorís degree and at least 5-7 years of relevant business experience.
Degree in Quality Management and / or extensive experience
