Job Description

  • Collaborate with Agency business strategy and planning and business development teams to identify, plan and implement effective promotions to drive success of sales challenges
  • Work with the Agency communications and events team to drive event attendance and generate awareness and wider support from the target audience
  • Organize activation programs with the business development teams to engage sales force to drive successful campaigns. This would include developing and/or creating effective communication collaterals
  • Manage promotions budget
  • Monitor and track performance of challenges to ensure promotions activation is successful. Constantly review effectiveness with inputs from the business development team and revise challenges accordingly
  • Equip the business development team with relevant collaterals to promote sales challenges
  

Job Requirements

  • Tertiary education, preferably in marketing or channel management
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build rapport with colleagues
