Lead communications among channel partners, internal sales, product and marketing teams to ensure channel and brand strategies are formulated and implemented throughout the region.
Provide good business judgment in all aspects of marketing including but not limited to creative, media, positioning, and events
Validate and provide guidance to marketing personnel of channel partners on their quarterly marketing plan and ensure the marketing plan is consistent with business direction/targets set forth by Sales team under the budgeted marketing spending.
Monitor and provide guidance to distributors on the local marketing activities and drive for brand consistency, ensure the validity of product/marketing messages in distributorsí communication plan
Develop brand programs including Premium Authorized Dealer Program and launch in countries according to schedule through active engagement with distributors
Perform other duties as assigned
Degree holder or above in business/marketing or other relevant discipline with minimum of 8-year marketing experience at MNC or agency
Demonstrate understanding of business philosophies and reseller profitability drivers, with strategic mindset. Must have complete understanding on all brand and marketing functions
Team player capable of thriving in both leadership and individual contributor roles and able to influence and lead cross-functional teams for rolling out marketing initiatives
Project management and negotiation skill is essential
Excellent presentation skills to interface with management and executive level contacts
Excellent command of English communication (oral & written) a MUST
