The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive generalist HR knowledge and experience, including management responsibility in the specialist fields of:
- compensation and benefits,
- employee relations,
- performance management and
- HR consulting.
If English is not your first language, then evidence is required to demonstrate a minimum English language proficiency standard at a BULATS Advanced level (BULATS score 75-89) – equivalent to IELTS (General) 6.5 - 7.5
