Job Description


  • Manage the planning, development and implementation of performance management module for the Bank Group

  •  Assist in maintaining and developing policies, procedures on performance competency

  • Provide active support on staff promotion, human resources statistics, reports and surveys

  • Participate in HR projects and ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements


  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related disciplines

  • Minimum of 10 years’ solid experience in Human Resources Management

  • Relevant experience in the development and implementation of performance management system and  competency model

  • Familiar with PeopleSoft HR application

  • Result- oriented, analytical with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese
