Reporting to the Country Director, you will be responsible for setting up the local Talent Acquisition framework, adjusting Total Rewards to market levels, and encouraging a winning mentality across all levels of staff.
To be successful, you should be tertiary educated, have more than 15 years of generalist HR experiences possess excellent communication skills.
You are currently based in Malaysia and worked extensively in companies with large headcount, preferably within the retail services industry.
