Provide strategic HR leadership and governance to the Church: The Senior HR Manager would be an important member of the senior management team, responsible for designing and implementing a HR plan to support the HR goals of the church; this will include leadership development, talent management, performance management, retention and organization culture.
Recruitment and Talent Management: The Senior HR Manager / HR Manager will lead the recruitment and manpower strategy for the church.
Develop and implement ‘best-in-class’ HR policies, practices, systems and processes: Another important aspect of the role will be to review the human resources and administration policies and procedures and monitor implementation to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all ministries in the Church.
Must be a leader who blends superior functional knowledge with a high degree of integrity, passion and love for the Church work.
A seasoned HR professional who have led the HR function for a sizeable organization at a leadership position.
Has been in a HR Business Partnering role, working with senior management team in building the HR function in the organization.
Strong communication skills, good interpersonal skills and a subtle yet firm influencing style.
