Report to CEO, the Senior HR Manager will develop and execute strategies and providing human resources leadership in achievement of business objectives.
Creating and implementing localised strategies related to training/development and talent retention
Drive key HR strategies to support the overall business growth and expansion in the organisation in Hong Kong.
Formulate and implement HR programs on talent acquisition, organisational development compensation and benefits, employee relations, manpower planning and management to support company’s growth plans and business operation
Drives, develops and implement various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel to ensure the company meets the local legal and social obligation.
Plans, organizes, and directs all activities of the department, partially on resourcing.
Develop credibility, trust and closely communicate with senior management, provide professional guidance and coaching to functional heads in handling HR issues
University graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
At least 10 years of experience in HR, of which at least of 5 years of experience in management level.
Previous experiences gained in F&B retail industry required
knowledge of HR strategic planning, employment laws and practices.
Possess the ability to solve problems and built trust with senior management.
Strong sense of responsibilities, independent, pro-active and able to work under pressure
Strong communication and good presentation skills in English and Chinese)
