Job Description

  • To manage overall spare parts operations e.g. warehouse/ logistics management and costing management.
  • To supervise and support team member as and when required.
  • Accessories/Parts business planning and yearly target to NML and Dealer.
  • New model parts preparation as Project manager.
  • Multi Production Sourcing (MPS) system management.
  • Communicate with Parts supplier (abroad and locally)
  • Part catalogue management (FAST System)
  • To calculate and monitor Parts Fulfillment Rate (%)
  • Part/Accessories pricing update and maintain by APPS and part price master list.
  • Part/Accessories training to Dealer, catalogue support (FAST System).
  • Dealer part operation management by review monthly sale Vs Target.
  • To establish profit targets and action/business plans for service part (CBU& CKD parts) and accessories.
  • To conduct periodical result reviews and demand forecasts.
  • Re-order for part/accounts calculation by future demand.
  • To establish collaborations and cooperative relations with other departments for work e.g. sales promotion and service campaign.
  • To evaluate and monitor the performance of Dealers in line with business plan.
  • To establish and implement activities to increase sale, profitability of parts/accessories
  • To authorize and implement operations within the range assigned by the Company.
  • To manage department expenditures (budget of Part Dept.)
  • Other duties as assigned by the BOD. 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years working experiences in automotive spare parts industries.
  • Fluent in English and Myanmar language (strong verbal and written communication skills).
  • Experience and knowledgeable in Import Tariffs/HS Codes for Automotive Spare Parts.
  • Knowledge of international logistics terms (Incoterm 2000).
  • Ability to interact well with all subordinates in the organization
  • Customer service-oriented, focused strong mind and collaboration.
  • Able to handle complain amicably with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work systematically, analyze data with critical thinking skill.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving ability to engage and build the business and team towards high performance.
  • Confident, strong management and leadership skill, performance driven and able to inspire team for results and self-motivated in learning and participating in new projects.
