Being responsible for sales and marketing related KPIs of the distribution business of mobility BU. Directing, organising and controlling sales functions relating to the Business Unit sales operations. Developing / reviewing policies in consultation with the Managing Director.
Establishing short and long term sales strategies for the Mobility Business Unit. Setting sales objectives and annual sales targets for Mobility Divisions and individual sales associates with focus on established, new, or niche markets as appropriate.
Developing sound sales and marketing plans for the Business Unit and determining sales strategies to meet sales objectives.
Establishing the overall annual sales budget including sales budget forecast and ensuring sales budget processes are set up.
Setting clear pricing, product roadmap, market trends and sales guidelines.
Establishing optimal level of stock positions (e.g. by setting targets in relation to the purchase of stock on a monthly or quarterly basis to maintain profit margin).
Monitoring and reviewing mobility sales associates’ performance, commission scheme structure, and sales target attainment.
Evaluating the potential of new vendors / customers in terms of sales potential, expectation, terms and conditions of working relationship, and the level of local support required.
A history of successfully exceeding sales targets
Bachelor’s Degree holder
10+ years’ proven experience in personally developing client accounts and relationships and selling complex solutions in the Mobility business field including a minimum of 5 years successful mobility related services. General management experience within a MNC is also required
