Develop business cases and work through the funding process
Develop, structure and track project plans across multiple work streams
Coordinate meetings and activities with various home office, region and country counterparts (includes facilitation, agenda’s, comprehensive notes, analysis for solutioning issues and follow ups with timely and accurate conclusions)
Prepare presentations to be used with senior management (status reports, steering meetings, signoff meetings, etc)
Ensure that risks and issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner
Develop Business Requirements Document (BRD)
Interviewing business owners
Defining requirements/solution alternatives
Process Flow Charting
Conduct Walk Through System Functionality
Work with Overseas offices to ensure business understanding of requirements and all aspects of Home Office systems are considered
Work with IT developers in the interpretation of requirements and review of the System Requirement Statements (SRS)
Write Testing Approach and Test Cases
Develop User Documentation
Change Management, Develop training approach, training plan, training materials and conduct training sessions as required
Data migration requirements in respect of legacy system conversions
Post Implementation Support
Use Process Driven Methodologies to restructure complex situations and present them in a simple fashion displaying strong understanding of processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting alternatives for improvement
Possess Strong Analytical Skills
Possess very strong communication skills, preferably with exposure to the American clients
Possess the ability to handle multiple projects
Possess the ability to execute effective project initiatives with minimal supervision and guidance
Must have advance knowledge with MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Project)
Previous experience in reports analysis, documentation and testing is highly preferred
Possess the ability to produce optimized programs (with minimum bugs)
Can do gap analysis, prepare workflows and full understanding of SDLC or agile methodology
Excellent in analyzing process and creating process documents
Preferably with Financial, Accounting or Insurance background
Review and validate business requirement documents
Perform analysis and prepare technical specifications
Can Prepare test scripts, if necessary, and conduct testing on applications for developer release (as needed)
Preferably with application support background, if necessary
Possess Strong Client Management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Amenable to work in Alabang.
Amenable on working graveyard shift.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Others or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
