Help to make Business plan and suggest for define target of Banking Services System Support section to align with departmentís business plan.
Manage and control human resource within the section as assigned from Section Head including suggestion on human resource plan of the section.
Cooperate and follow human resource policy of the section .

Analyze, follow up and up evaluate performance and KPI of the section to find the way to improve/adjust/manage to accomplish the goal.

Advise or suggest or guide staff in the section on how to manage the project and solve the problem.
Advise or suggest or guide Product Owner (PO) and other related department on how to manage project complying with the bankís regulations.
Support, advise and suggest on how to apply or develop existing systems to meet business requirement efficiency and worth investment.
Manage, co-ordinate, prepare, conduct and follow up the project in order to implement completely and efficiency as targeted and time plan with good co-operation and feedback form related departments.
RM for user from Operations Group for related system.
Support/join to plan and help to business requirement with PO , IT and related departments in including prioritize and risk assessment .
Study Business requirement and co-ordinate with PO and IT in order to make time plan.
Hold/participate in the meeting with rerated department aimed to gather or review business requirement and needed information for project management meanwhile security of the system and operation risk prevention should be aware as well
Analyze process and scope of testing, co-ordinate with PO,IT and rerated department to plan and conduct UAT process an UAT standard of the bank to cover all significant issues in order to prevent error after implementation within timeline and good co-operation form related departments.
Prepare and gather document related UAT process including summarize and sign off by testers.
Follow and evaluate the quality after implementation.
Plan, coordinate, prepare readiness and help for data conversion processes completely and implemented system in work properly as targeted.
Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Management or related filed.
5 years in Project Management.
Have knowledge of Banking Industry.
Good command of English.
