Ensure recruitment & selection performance are always delivered with quality by consistently & strategically aligns elements relates recruitment & hiring policy, the hand on of staff’s on boarding process and effective probation performance evaluation.
Well informing related parties through precise & most update recruitment & manpower planning reports based manpower management analysis.
Strategically suggest attractive compensation package to pursue talented candidates in line with company’s compensation structure and effective headcount & cost control. This includes ensuring the job offers are in line with the law, policies and practices.
Working closely with HRD team in developing & updating job descriptions, workflow verification, job analysis, career development & talent management programs relates to recruitment – selection – hiring processes development.
Together with other HR teams accountable in employee engagement program, internal communication, employee relation and other HR projects as long as continuous improving overall HR services delivery as a team.

Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources or any related major.
At least 5 years of experiences in recruitment, assessment design, selection and hiring processes for both of professional level and essentially in massive blue collar level recruitment. If you have worked in transportation or logistic industry would be plus. If not, any other industries related manufacturing is fine.
At least 3 years of experience in supervisor / managerial level which able to display good leadership as well as good team player with can do attitude is a must.
Having good knowledge in labor law, job design/description, employee engagement, internal communication and compensation.
Good communication skill. English ability is a plus.
Good skill in analysis and systematic thinking, plus ability to initiative, proactive and strategic are preferred.
Able to drive car with valid driving license
