Job Description

  • Responsible for driving sales revenue and KPIs for the team
  • Lead, motivate and monitor a team of sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets 
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, generate new revenue and clients base
  • Manage existing client pool for retention and expansion in terms of revenue and usage
  • Build up pipeline and develop sales strategy for responsible target sectors
  • Work closely with marketing team for sales promotion

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years' working experience in sales and / or business development, and key account management, with at least 3 years in team management position
  • Proven track record of digital media sales, sales management, solid B2B sales experience and strong in managing, selling and building relationships with enterprise accounts 
  • Expertise in consultative sales and negotiation, with knowledge of HR / recruitment solutions is a definite advantage
  • Proficient command of English (spoken and written) and Chinese
  • IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE is highly preferred
