Manage the development and maintenance of the mortgage business (including local and overseas mortgages) in accordance with business goals, and business development and pricing strategies to maximise the Bank's profit.
Formulate strategies and marketing/promotion campaigns for customer acquisition, portfolio growth and retention, as well as develop tracking methodology for measuring and analysing results of marketing campaigns
Contribute to product development in consideration of customer experience, competitive forces, market dynamics and regulatory environment
Close monitoring of competition
Execute and manage business plans
Monitor business targets, with participation from Sales
Work with Marketing and Sales functions to design and monitor product based marketing plans to enhance product and service delivery
Enhance quality of services with participation from Operations, Sales Management and other stakeholders, internal and external.
Facilitate training to ensure efficient operations and effective selling
Continually review work-flows to enhance process efficiency
Ensure compliance to relevant regulations and policies
About 6 to 8 years relevant experience
Familiarity with the Mortgage business
Understanding of Retail Banking environment
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of project management
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and Powerpoint
