To deploy Sales Capabilities agenda within Vietnam and our distributors/wholesalers. Specifically, the job is to develop, train and coach on:
1) Commercial (Sales) people and, 2) Distributors/wholesaler’s key sales personnel in a program called JUBP (Joint Up Business Plan)
To build and/or fine tune and implement the sales tools and processes which increase the level of sales force effectiveness.
At least 2 skills per sales force hierarchy to be trained per year.
Successful deploy and run well the new system on time.
Works through partner organizations e.g. complex Joint Venture partners, contract suppliers and 3rd parties
Key distributors/wholesalers operate across the region bringing it a high commercial complexity, especially around channels and pricing management
Each market has its own unique set of characteristics in the manner by which we can market our products and as such, the Marketing Director should be able to comprehend these intricacies and translate them to strategic actionable plans that will support sales growth in each market.
Excellent leadership skills
Good commercial acumen and judgment
Holding high accountability and ownership
A proven track record of performance and delivery
Experience in development of sales capabilities
Experience with sales training
Experience of working with 3rd parties -distributors & agencies
Computer literate, Photoshop usage is preferable
A business-related qualification
Previous commercial management experience
Previous commercial capability development experience
Experience in leading and managing change
