Effective management of forecast delivery via cross function collaboration, on-going market information update for forecast review and prompt recommendation to management.
Own the sales volume plan (monthly/quarterly/full year) and responsible for target delivery.
Analyze product performance in different angles including target (vol/value), stock, coverage, portfolio…and distribute these reports (weekly, monthly & annual) to board management;
Build KPI to assess sales region performance (Scorecard)
Lead and build Trade Terms for all channels.
Fully tracking commercial budget: A&P, FTT, and Discount.
CARM/GAR : Champion for department
Works through partner organizations e.g. complex Joint Venture partners, contract Suppliers and 3rd parties sales force
Key distributors/wholesalers operate across the region bringing it a high commercial complexity, especially around channels and trading terms management
Each market has its own unique set of characteristics in the manner by which we can market our products and as such, the Marketing Director should be able to comprehend these intricacies and translate them to strategic actionable plans that will support sales growth in each market.

Computer literate, SAP usage experience is preferable
