Achieve sales objectives set for territories as assigned.
Identify suitable distributors and set up distributors networks
Work closely with hospitals, distributors, regional Managers, product Managers to fulfill assigned tasks to get products started and maintained as action plan and marketing plan
Prepare and submit marketing reports
Propose new actions to develop our products in assigned areas.
Prepare all necessary documents and procedures for participating tender or regular market in hospitals
Maintain good relationship with hospitals
Keep up – to – date product knowledge
Feedback competitors’ activities

University/College graduated in the field of Business administration, Marketing Management, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursery or any related major
At least five (5) years of experience as Medical Specialist in selling Medical Devices
Able to work independently and under high pressure
Proactive, self-motivated and responsible for the tasks assigned
Willing to travel
