Job Description

Our client offers a unique solution that include e-payment services and data management for fleet of vehicles (fuel cards, toll or maintenance solutions).

CONTEXT

Sales activity started in 2017 with successful deployment in 30 companies with a solution facilitating the transactions/payment between corporate and gas stations. The Sales & marketing Manager will have to develop new clients base in the Vietnam market. The role is highly BtoB sales and will required lot of attention to customer feedback in order to enhence the service offer. Key short terms objectives are to develop the brand, sales revenue in large Vietnamese groups and develop a performant sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be in charge of Sales and marketing for fuel & fleet card services. Your reponsibilities will cover:

Sales
  • Overall ownership of driving revenue within the country
  • Develop, implement and execute company sales strategies
  • Enhance fleet card services offer in Vietnam
  • Develop and maintain relationship with key business partners (petrol companies, gas station owners, logistics professionals, industry associations, fleet services suppliers…)
  • Develop and maintain healthy pipeline of large client prospect
  • Actively organise sales calls and present to clients and partners
  • Understand client requirement and liaise with IT & operation teams to develop best solution
  • Prepare and present business proposal
  • Ensure excellent deployment of business solution to clients
  • Track and report sales activity and performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required by management.
  • Hiring, coaching and monitoring a small successful sales team
  • Support other departments and management to help them achieve their objectives
  • as they relate to the sales group
  • Prepare yearly and monthly sales budget reports

  • Creation and Implementation of marketing plan (partnerships and sponsoring)

Job Requirements

  • University Degree or MBA + work experience overseas or international company
  • Fluent in English & Vietnamese – written and spoken
  • Dynamic and driven individual
  • Strong skill to network and connect with C’s level
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Industry background: Services
  • 12+ years of successful selling experience in B2B sales and business development of business management solutions (medium to large companies)
  • Excellent knowledge of the logistics and transportation service markets and payment/Fintech would be a plus
  • 5+ years sales management role experience
  • Proven team player with exceptional interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Organizational skills
