Overall responsibility of the Sales & Marketing Team.
To manage the sales quota and marketing budget.
Implementation of sales/marketing strategies within the company’s guideline.
To achieve turnover, profitability and market share.
Develop and manage new accounts.
Follow up on existing sales leads.
Create awareness and establish the brand.
To initiate, plan and execute marketing and promotional activities (workshops, road shows), provide analysis and evaluate effectiveness for submission to Management.
Product and services presentations.
To initiate and execute sales point materials, advertising materials (mailers, flyers, brochures etc…).
Submit Activity Reports (research, survey, marketing, sales) on a timely basis to Management.
Min Diploma or Degree in sales and marketing, business administration or leadership programme.
At least 3 years' related experience in a similar capacity.
Strong direct sales/marketing skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English and Chinese to liaise with other counterparts
Good interpersonal and managing project skills.
Good presentation and demonstration skills.
Must be able to work independently.
Strong ability to lead, manage and train staff.
IT and social media savvy.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
