Responsible for leading, managing and motivating the sales team to achieve set revenue including planning, executing effective sales and marketing strategies and programs to support attainment of business objectives.
Responsible to maintain and enhance customer relationship management to improve and enhance sales process and raise sales teamís productivity and performance
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Bachelorís degree in Marketing and/ or Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably from property development
Pleasant personality with strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge on market trend and branding
Results and achievements oriented, dynamic and excellent people management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation experience to large and diverse audience
