Job Description


  • Design and implement a high-growth strategic sales plan for commercial and industrial products under the Company brands

  • Achieve sales targets and budgets in volume, value and profitability

  • Develop and optimize the existing distributor network and customer network in Vietnam

  • Author and lead a rapid expansion into ASEAN

  • Develop and implement marketing strategy, including advertising campaign, sales incentives program, product launch, sponsoring activities in line with the corporate identity

  • Propose and implement sales and marketing budget and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets

  • Prepare and present sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, trends and analysis, as well as areas of proposed expansion to the Board of Management

  • Implement suitable PR activities to develop and improve the brand awareness of the company in line with the corporate identity

  • Conduct regular market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, discount rates and sales incentives scheme

  • Continually advise and train distributors on sales and marketing best-practices

  • Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the department

  • Recruit, manage, mentor, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures, policy and employment law

  • Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities

Job Requirements


  • Master’s degree in engineering, chemical, or business-related field

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business-to-business industrial sales, lubricant, additive or chemical industry exposure is a plus

  • Must have good understanding of commercial and industrial lubricant products and applications

  • Demonstrate strong track record of distributor management in both Vietnam and ASEAN

  • Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written in English and Vietnamese
