Job Description

Objectives

  • Manage the DeLaval sales in Vietnam to grow and capture opportunities in the market for dairy farm equipment and services.

  •  Manage and develop the key accounts in Vietnam, supporting for project sales, installation and technical support, sales of service and aftermarket products.

  • Support Farm Management Services growth in Vietnam in coordination with Farm Management Services team in East Asia.


 

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

  •   Manage key accounts for dairy farm projects. Coordinate project design, sales and installation process to ensure customer satisfaction.

  •   Coordinate, and implement training plans for the staff in the region

  •   Development of sales channels and distribution network for different DeLaval products and brands.

  •   Coordinate pricelist and set retail prices DeLaval products

  •   Organize the collection and reporting of customer, segmentation and business intelligence data

  • 3 - 6 years of relevant sales experience

  •  Process competence: Ability to develop, document, implement and design effective work processes

  • Dairy farming skills: General knowledge of a dairy farm, its functions, key equipment and technology

  • Cow: General knowledge of cow, health, nutrition and performance

  • Milk: General knowledge of milk, its components and quality

  • Farm and herd management: General knowledge of farm and herd management methods.

  • Farm economics: General knowledge of key factors affecting farm profitability.

  • Leadership: Ability to set goals, organize work and teams, inspire commitment, and to follow through execution until goals are reached.

  • Communication: Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with team members, peers, supervisors and customers (oral and written)

  • Team work: works fluently in teams and fosters positive team spirit and collaborative and flexible work environment.

  • People Development – ability to analyze human performance and behavior and coach behavior and to create and run effective training programs to improve performance

  • Bachelor or University Degree

  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese languages, both oral and written

  • Innovativeness: Proactively generates ideas and new initiatives

  • Stress management: is able to work under stressful situations and take calm actions with given schedule.

  • Problem solving : is able to solve problems analytically, systematically and logically

  • Thoroughness: is able to compete tasks responsibly, successfully and with carefulness required in the job
