Job Description

Sales support:
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Acquire new business
  • Manage sales-cycles
  • Develop and maintain relationships
Customer success management:
  • Support customers during On-boarding phase
  • Contribute to the development of new features and tools to ensure Customer Success
  • Create relevant content to guide clients setting up their workflows and using the software
Marketing content:
  • Identify key support messages
  • Implement marketing campaigns

Job Requirements

Required skills:
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) preferably first language, French language is a plus.
  • Proactive, positive attitude, good team player
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision. Hands-on with the desire to get involved in the business
  • Proven knowledge of IT/e-commerce. Knowledge of SaaS applications is a plus.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven analytic and logical thinking ability
