Be responsible in the overall sales performance of the companyís products and services in Vietnam and South East Asia countries. S/he will ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues through planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and growth.
A university degree holder in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of eight years of related experience or training in Aquaculture sector; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
Good oral and written communication in English skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
A valid driverís license.
