Be in charge of sales plan & strategy for the hotel.
Achieve sales objectives and goals as set by the management.
Solicit new accounts, maintain and/or increase business of existing accounts.
Complete assigned sales calls on a daily basis and conduct site inspections.
Make reports with key corporate accounts.
Liaise with the corporate sales office on business leads and corporate sales programs.
Develop a practice of weekly sales call plan in order to help better planning in terms of time management, sales objectives and target customers.
Monitor monthly results and performance of corporate accounts.
Communicate effectively to all parties concerned to ensure that the sales function is carried out smoothly.
Understanding of hotel's market positioning for transient and group market segments.
