Job Description

  • Research and analysis of market  ( Included: grow or go down of market, rates and service of Competitors )
  • Working in conjunction with DOSM  to maintain current client relationships and encourage repeat business
  • Responsibilities  maintaining a healthy relationship with the company's client
  • Ensure to meet monthly Ė quarter  roomís night target
  • Reporting must always be accurate to DOSM
  • Devise proposals that include amenities that exceed the current ones at competitive prices
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports of sales projections and goals and  progress 
  • Ability to creating and present visual and  presentations 
  • Attendance at trade shows and similar events is crucial to make new contacts.
  • Following up with clients is with any concerns or disappointments that occurred and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Vigilant in gathering customer satisfaction surveys

Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years working experience is preferred
  • Vocational School Certificate is required, College or Bachelor Degree is preferred
  • Microsoft Office knowledge is required
  • Ability to communicate fluently in the Vietnamese and English both verbally
  • Preferred Skills: Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
