Develop FARO’S CLIENT key channels (distributor, ND&I, SI, Bidder, Partner), educate them, let them have fully understand on FARO’S CLIENT products, solution, advantages in order to set FARO’S CLIENT as their first choice to offer to end-customers.
Develop sales plan, formulate business strategy, set up KPI measurements, manage sales leads, take action on project sales,egotiate project price, supervise the customer service staff, provide technical support to end customers and sales channels (distributor, ND&I, SI, Bidder, partner) in order to achieve overall business objectives.
Develop FARO’S CLIENT's key accounts in telecom segment (VNPT, VMS MobiFone, VinaPhone, Viettel, FPT Telecom, VDC, CMC Telecom, HCM Telecom, Hanoi Telecom, Tan Tao Telecom...), have fully understand on customers demand, purchasing process, key contacts.
Have clear strategy, action plan for each key accounts, coordinate with sales channel to follow up key accounts closely in order to spec-in FARO’S CLIENT products and have right offer strategy, fit with customer demand to win in thier projects/ tenders.
Collect and analyze market information, develop and implement marketing plan in order to improve FARO’S CLIENT Connectivity brand recognition and promote new products.
Have direct marketing plan and activities to FARO’S CLIENT key accounts in telecom segment, educate them, develop their demand on Faro’s client products/ solutions. Understand customers and work with FARO’S CLIENT internal to have right strategy to offer in order to set FARO’S CLIENT is the first choice in customer projects/ tenders.
Study products and solutions of competitors, follow up customers, sales channels to understand on the offer strategy of competitors, work with FARO’S CLIENT internal to have clear strategy, action plan for each competitor in order to win competitors in long term.
Build up and maintain good customer relationship, handle customer enquiries and coordinate with responsible personnel of various departments in order to provide prompt and qualified solution.
Understand customer's technical and business requirement and provide best solution in order to meet customer need.
Develop relationship with key contacts in FARO’S CLIENT key accounts and channels in telecom segment in order to have clear understand on customer requirement, feedback and develop customer demand.
Work close with the sales team, support together in order to help FARO’S CLIENT win in the market. Understand internal process, work close with
Marketing, PM, CS, Planer, Logistic, Finance, SAE, factories, vendors... in order to get the best support to meet customer requirements. Work with HR on talent development in order to build team work and engagement.
Degree in Engineering of Telecommunication or IT, with at least 5 years of sales experience in related industries and customers (VNPT, VMS MobiFone, VinaPhone, Viettel, FPT Telecom, VDC, CMC Telecom, HCM Telecom, Hanoi Telecom, Tan Tao Telecom…).
Good analytical skills, good understanding of telecommunication, computer networking technologies, international standards.
Teamwork, Spirit, good communication skills in English(both written& speak)
